Blue Cheese & Pear Puff Pastry Bites

3 pears in syrup
1 roll puff pastry
5 oz (150 gr) blue cheese


- Preheat the oven (300 F)
- Drain the pears and cut into thin strips
- Cut rectangles in puff pastry
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place over the puff pastry rectangles
- On each rectangle drop one or two pear slices, sprinkle with paprika and cover with crumbled blue cheese
- Finish by peppering with the pepper mill
- Cook in a hot oven for 20 mins
- Serve hot
