Easy "land and sea" sautéed

0,7 lb (300 gr) chicken breasts
0,7 lb (300 gr) frozen peeled shrimp
0,5 lb (200 gr) frozen squid rings
0,5 lb (200 gr) chorizo
0,7 lb (300 gr) rice
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp chopped parsley
35 fl oz chicken stock
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp curry
olive oil


- Thaw shrimp and calamari
- Cut the meat into bite-size pieces
- Cut the squid into 4 slices
- Cut the squid rings in two parts
- Cut the chorizo into thin slices
- Wash and seed bell peppers and cut into small cubes
- Peel and chop onions
- Sauté onions in olive oil, in large saucepan, for a few minutes
- Add all the ingredients (except the broth) and cook for 5 minutes, stirring
- Add the stock, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, uncovered, until the rice has absorbed most of the broth
- Serve hot
