Honey Cake

- Preheat the oven (300 F)
- line a cake pan with parchment paper
- Melt the butter in the microwave
- Mix butter and sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous
- Add the honey, eggs, rum, a pinch of salt and mix
- Add the flour and baking powder gradually, stirring until smooth and homogeneous mixture
- Pour the batter into the mold
- Bake in a hot oven for 45 mins
- Cool to room temperature

Pita bread

- Add ingredients into the bread pan in the order they are listed
- Select Dough setting and start
- When dough has risen long enough, machine will beep
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface
- Degas the dough and let rise for about 01:30 away from drafts
- Preheat the oven (450 F / 230 °)
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
- On floured surface, divide the dough into two parts
- Separate each half in half again (obtained 4 balls)
- Separate each ball in 3 (obtained 12 balls)
- With a rolling pin, roll each ball into a 6 to 7 inch circle
- Cook them in the oven for 7 mins, turning them over after 2 mins
   
- Reheat few moments microwave before serving

Easy nutella brioche

- Place all ingredients (except garnish) in the Bread Machine (in the order in which they are listed in the list)
For yeast, make a small crater at the top of the flour and place the yeast and close with flour.
The yeast should be as far as possible from salt
- Start the program dough (without cooking)
- At the end of the program (about 1h 1/2) gently degas by pressing the dough out evenly with your hands
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin
- Butter a cake pan
- Using a round cookie cutter or an upside-down glass that's 3 1/2 inches in diameter, cut out circles
- Spread with nutella
- Take 3 circles of dough and overlay as the picture
- Roll in a coil starting from the side where the circle completely lies flat on the table
- Cut in the width direction (first two flowers is obtained)
- Place the flowers (rounded tip up) around the perimeter of the mold (loosely because the dough will swell)
- Repeat this operation until the mold is filled (gather the dough into a ball drop and form new circles)
- Cover and let stand about 2 hours away from the air stream
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Using a pastry brush, brush the entire surface with egg yolk
- Bake for 20-25 mins in a hot oven
- Turn out and cool on a wire rack

Express unleavened bread

- Preheat the oven (475 F)
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt
- Sift into a bowl
- Make a well in the flour in the center of the bowl (a hole that does not go all the way to the bottom of the bowl)
- Pour the buttermilk into the well
- Quickly Work the dough with your hands, forming it into a ball
- With a knife cut a cross on the top of dough
- Bake in a hot oven for 20 mins

Pancake batter :
- Put the flour in a bowl with the eggs, salt and optionally aroma
- Add milk in small amounts, stirring
- use an immersion blender to remove the lumps
- Add oil, stir and let rest for 2 hour

cooking:
- put the oil in the frying pan and wait until the oil is hot enough
- lightly oil the bottom of the pan with a brush or a paper towel sheet
- Wait a few seconds and add a ladle of batter in the middle of the pan. tip it around from side to side to get the base evenly
- When the pancake begins to brown on the bottom, flip with a spatula
- cook about 5/10 seconds, slide the pancake on a plate (pancakes are stacked on top of each other)

Serve with jam, sugar, nutella...

Tips & Suggestions
- To keep hot the pancakes, put them between two plates over a saucepan of boiling water
- For more golden pancakes put 2 tbsp sugar in the dough

No butter apple cake

- Preheat the oven (300 F / 150 °)
- Line the bottom of a cake pan with removable bottom
- Put your raisins in a small bowl, and cover with boiling water. Let them steep for 5-10 mins
- Peel the apples, remove the core, and dice the apples into small pieces
- Put the diced apples in a bowl with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, rum cap and eggs
- Mix and marinate for 30 mins
- Add the cinnamon, oil and mix
- Add the flour, baking powder and mix into a soft and homogeneous mixture
- Add the almonds and mix
- Put some flour in a plate and roll the drained raisins
- Add floured raisins into the dough and mix lightly
- Put the dough in a cake pan
- Sprinkle slivered almonds over
- Bake in hot oven for 1:00 (check for doneness with the tip of a knife)
- Turn out and cool on a wire rack
